Founded in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, our company was created to meet a need that traditional public transportation could not fully address—reliable, prescheduled transportation during early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and underserved routes.
Public transportation in Winston-Salem primarily serves the city limits and does not provide comprehensive coverage throughout Forsyth County’s rural and outlying areas. As a result, many residents face transportation barriers despite being eligible for services.
Support Systems of Forsyth County fills this critical service gap by offering prescheduled micro-transit services across the entire county, including areas not serviced by public transit, while continuing to support transportation needs within the City of Winston-Salem.
We operate in Forsyth, Guilford, Davie, and Davidson Counties, working in direct support of public transportation systems by extending access to individuals who would otherwise face transportation barriers.

Client Reviews
“For the past four years, we have relied on transportation from Support Systems of Forsyth County to safely get my mom from our home to her day care and back. This transportation service has allowed my mom to actively fight Alzheimer's disease by getting the socialization, interaction and exercise she needs.”

“There are not enough words to express our thanks to Support Systems for what they make possible for the elderly in our community. I would hate to think of what may happen to my father-in-law and the many other senior citizens who take advantage of this service if it were no longer offered. Their mental, as well as their physical health certainly is positively affected by Support Systems of Forsyth County.”
